One week in Melbourne sparked a transformation thousands miles away. Discover how a celebration of flavor and culture share the future of our harvest.
From August 11th – 17th, 2025, our customer dedicated the entire week to celebrating Indonesian Independence Day. During this event, the cafe feature Indonesian-inspired specials, including our specialty filter coffees and Indonesian fusion pastries.
With the help of KJRI socials, the event was a wrap. A percentage of the sales was donated directly to our growers to support their local communities. These funds contributed to the construction of a new greenhouse, designed to protect the beans during the rainy season and allow for more controlled drying. This infrastructure ensures higher, more consistent quality and quadruples the existing capacity from 150kg to 600kg.
Our growers expressed immense gratitude and pride in the support received. Likewise, our customers in Melbourne were thrilled to be able to support the hard work behind every sip they enjoyed.
